Atpresent,China’smajorcitiesisaurbanvehibanenissionsamajorsourceofairpollution,therefore,thedevelopmentofcleanenergyvehicleshavebecomethechoiceofthedelay.Compressednaturalgasvehicles(CNG)inthetheirlownenergycinsumptionsndemissionsbyallcountriessmallandwelcoming,isrecognizedinternationallyasthebestalternativeenergyvehicle.Thedevelopmentofnaturalgasvehicletoaddresstheenvironmentalissuesandofgreatsignificance.

Reducepollutiontoprotecttheenvironment,manycountrieshaveissuedaseriesofgovernmentregulationsandtheintroductionofanumberofincentivepoliciesthedevelopmentofgasvehicle,suchasthedevelopmentofmorestringentvehicleemissionstandards,inthenaturalgassuply,carpurchasetaxesandfees,equipmentsupply,gasstationconstrutiongrantfunds,taxincantives.
In1992theU.S.fededalgovernmentenactedthe“EnergypolicyAct.”ormodifiedforthepurchaseofalternativefuelvehiclesandtheconstructionofstationsindetailtheprovisionsofthetaxrelief,butalsoenactedataxcutthattheuseofnaturalgasandnaturalgascompaniesexemptfrommotorvehiclefuelsalestax.Therearemorethan40statesinaccodancewiththepolicyofthefederalgovernment,law,drawuponthemandatorystateandencouragethenseofcleanfuelCNGvahicles,suchaspoliciesandmeasurestopromotetheCNGfillingstationdevelopmentsndconstructionofmotervehicles,morethan40countriesaroundtheworldhaveagascar,mainlyintherichnaturalgasresourceinitaly,NewZealand,Argentina,BrazilandothercountriesandstricterenviromentregulationstheUnitedStates,Japanandothercountries.
2,China’sNaturalGasVehicleDevelopment
80inthemid-20thcentury,theintroductionofsomeofourCNGfillingstationequipment,setupinsichuan’sfirstCNGfillingstationsinChina;in1993theChinaNationalpetroleumcorporationontheintroductionofforeigntechnologysystemsin2996installationsandwillbefillingstationsmodifiedcarpartsmadeoftheintroductionoftechnology,standardizationoftechnicalstandards.1999NationalCleanAutomobileActioncoordinationLeadingGroupwasestablishedtostarttheBeijing,tianjin,Shanhai,Xi’an,Shenzhenandothercitiesin12pilotareastopromotetheapplicationofcleanenergyinthepopularizationandapplicationofCNGvehicleandfillingstationhasmadeanunprecedentedbuildingresults.Acorrdingtorelevantstatistations,asof2004thereweresomeareasofChina’snaturalgasvehilemorethan20millionvehicles’morethan700fillingstationsBlock.
