It'sforthisreasonthatdiversityhasbecomesuchabuzzword.Thebuzzhappensbecauseit'sallabouthowyouhandleit.It'sverymuchlikethejobacomposerhaswhencreatingagreatmusicalcomposition.Ifthecomposerunderstandswhateachuniquenoteanddynamicmarkiscapableofincombinationwiththeotherparts,theresultachievedisextraordinary.If,however,noneofthepartsiscommunicatingwiththeothers,we'releftwithacacophony(刺耳的声音).
