1.0SCOPEANDDEFINITIONS范围与定义
1.1ThisdocumentdescribesaprocedureforsubjectingabroadbanddevicetosurgeconditionsasspecifiedinIEEEC62.411.PortsshallbetestedincompliancewithIEEEC62.41CategoryB3CombinationWaveformorIEEEC62.41CategoryA3RingWaveformasspecifiedfortheDeviceUnderTest.
此文件描述如IEEEC62.411中所规定的宽带设备遭受冲击情形,为了DUT,测试端口时应遵守IEEEC62.41CategoryB3混合波形或IEEEC62.41CategoryA3环波形中的规定.
1.2Definitions

1.2.1CombinationWave:
Specifiedinparagraph9.4.2ofIEEEC62.41.The1.2/50-8/20µscombinationwaveisdefinedbybothanopencircuitvoltagewaveformandashortcircuitcurrentwaveform.Theopencircuitvoltagewaveformhasafronttimeof1.2µsanddurationof50µs(seeFigure1).Theshortcircuitcurrentwaveformhasafronttimeof8µsanddurationof20µs(seeFigure2).TheexactvoltageandcurrentwaveformsdeliveredtothedeviceundertestaredependentonthegeneratorandDUTimpedance.SeetheIEEEpracticeReferencesectionforguidanceintheselectionofrepresentativewaveforms.
混合波:
在IEEEC6段落9.4.2中的规定,开路电压波形和短路波形定义了1.2/50-8/20µs混合波,开路电压波形的波前时间是1.2µs,持续时间是50µs,(见图1).短路电流波形的波前时间是8µs,持续时间是20µs,(见图2).精确的电压和电流波形传递到DUT是依赖于发生器和DUT阻抗.祥见IEEE的实践参考段落,引导具有代表性波形的选择.

1.2.2RingWave:
Specifiedinparagraph9.4.1ofIEEEC62.41.The0.5µs-100kHzringwavehasaninitialrisetimeof0.5µsandanoscillatingfrequencyof100kHz,wherethefrequencyiscalculatedfromthefirstandthirdzerocrossingaftertheinitialpeak(seeFigure3).SeetheIEEEpracticeReferencesectionforguidanceintheselectionofrepresentativewaveforms.

2.4AlternateWaveformMonitoringEquipment

3.0SET-UP设置
3.1Thetestequipmentshallbecalibratedfollowingthemanufacturerrecommendations.Thetestequipmentshallbeallowedadequatewarm-upandstabilizationtimepriortocalibration.
遵照厂商的建议校准测试仪器。
在校准之前,允许测试仪器有足够的预热和稳定时间。
3.2Determineallconfigurationstobetestedunlessdirectedotherwise.ThesurgeshallbeappliedtoeachRFandAC/DCport,unlessdirectedotherwise.ThecouplingfiltershallonlybeusedwhereACpoweristobepresentontheporttobesurged.
确定测试了所有的配置,除非有特别指示.冲击适用于每个RF和AC/DC端,除非有特别指示.仅仅使用耦合滤波器,此时,在冲击端口存在AC电.
3.3AllunusedRFportsshallbeterminatedwitha75Ω,ACde-coupledtermination.

3.4ThesurgeequipmentshallbeconnectedinaccordancewiththeselectedsetupofFigures4to9.AlternatescopeconnectionsareshownfordirectmeasurementattheDUT.Thewaveform(RingWaveorCombinationWave)andopencircuitpeakvoltageandshortcircuitpeakcurrentofthesurgepulseshallbeselectedasrequiredbythespecificationsoftheDUTfortheparticularterminalbeingtested.

3.5Thedigitalsamplingscopeshallbeusedtoverifythevoltageandcurrentwaveformsofthesurgegeneratorpriortoandaftersurgetestinghasbeenperformed.VerifynosignificantcurrentisdrawnduringopencircuittestofcableswithoutDUTconnectedatmaximumtestvoltage.
应使用数字样品示波器,以证明在执行冲击测试之前和之后,冲击发生器的电压和电流波形.在没有DUT连接在最大的测试电压,进行开路电缆测试期间,核实没有使用大的电流.
3.6Thetestconnectorsshallbeinspectedforarcoverdamage(carbontracking)priortoandafterthesurgetestinghasbeenperformed.Ifdamaged,thetestequipmentconnectorshallbereplacedbeforeproceeding.
在执行冲击之前和之后,应检查测试接头的弧形过度损坏(碳追踪),如果损耗,在进行测试之前,应替换测试仪器接头.
3.7Thecoaxialjumperconnectingthedeviceundertesttothetestsetshallbeaminimumofonefootlongandamaximumoftwofeet.Thecoaxialjumpercanbeconnectedtothetestsetwithnormaltestleadcables.
同轴跳线连接DUT到测试装置应该最少有一英尺长,最多两英尺,同轴跳线可连接测试装置与通常的测试导线电缆.
4.0PROCEDURE程序
